Final Cut did the compositing although I may prefer to use After Effect for this task, it’s a nice change and it did the trick all right. The colors really come out with the DCR-HC1000, it’s does it job and even more.

The Aphex Twin song “Windowlicker” has that magical beat that is so easy to play with on a movie. The cuts seems attracted with each beat, nice song. The car window on the first shot was bluescreened and the whole movie was color corrected.

Used Trapcode’s 3Dstroke for that colorful ending, but the main feature of this micro movie is the use a fish-eye lens for the plane shot. The rotation of the main title around the Prism logo give a 3 dimensional structure to the start of the movie.

Made with scenes of "Fantomas ce déchaine", this micro movie exploits the natural picture grain. The bottom effect adds moving scenes from the movie with a layer of plasma over it. The music is a special creation made by DJ Rich for this micro movie.
